Was looking for a Pinot with a bit more structure and opened up this - man, this has evolved beautifully over the last 2y! Showing such finesse & elegance right now, the tannins so fine & smooth and the fruit shining. This is really a beauty to open up now.
Red berries with undergrowth, some tree bark, a hint of exotic spice & orange zest, maybe a whiff of dark cherry. So fresh, so juicy, so enticing!!
On the palate this sings! Impeccably balanced, with great depth & elegance.
Wow. This is quite profound and a stunner!
What a beauty! — a year ago
Quite light green tinged , straw colour . Not very intense on the nose with some herbal hints cut herbs , citrus peel , light floral notes . On the palate this has quite good intensity , quite fresh with cut herbs , citrus , grapefruit and a saline, creamy texture . Balanced alcohol and quite good salty , sea spray , herbal tinged finish . Drinking well now and over the next 3-4 years . — 2 months ago
Blend of Grenache (58%), Cinsault (28%), Mourvèdre (7%) and Syrah (7%). Light and pale pink color with golden highlights. Lovely aromas of dried lavender and rose petals, lemon and applesauce. The palate features strawberries, orange peel, peach and a hint of vanilla. A pronounced mineral note on the long and luxurious finish. Brilliant acidity! Clean and pure. — 10 months ago

Vintage 2023 | very nice bouquet, that due to its smokiness made me think this was Chardonnay. Tasted blind. Tones of pear, peach and citrus. Rondeur. — 6 days ago
