Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2013 “Etichetta Bianca” pours a garnet color with a translucent core; medium+ viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with fascinating notes of ripe and desiccated fruits: black cherry, pomegranate, red flowers, roasted beef, cedar chest, alpine herbs and rocky earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and savory. Ferrando’s Carema (both white and black labels) are never short on personality and always such a joy to share with others. Drink now through 2043. — 2 months ago
Amore! Can hardly wait to open another bottle, and I’ll definitely be ordering many more from Molesini Wine. On the nose, overripe blackberry, and hopeful hints of leather. So beautifully balanced and smooth. — 19 days ago
Aug 2025: PnP ready, very good nose, almost lost fruit, strong tannins. Very nice first 30 min, then faded away quickly in one hour — 9 years ago

First 2024 wine!! This is really excellent - haven’t had this grape (albana) before. Orange but in the way that I like - no overly “natural” funk and instead just excellent stony fruit and some great grip. Very juicy and almost savory with a long finish. Great value at $22. — 3 months ago

Massive wine. Needs several hours decant to resolve the tannins. — 14 days ago
