Nice cuvée that rides just over the line from reductive to oxidative.

Loads of; bruised apple/pear, apple cider. Grapefruit w/ pith, overripe stone fruits, some pineapple hues, dry chalk crumble in limestone, white spice, some yeast/bread dough, baguette crust, graham cracker, sea fossils, sea spray, yellow lilies, white spring flowers, lively acidy with a well made finish that last two-minutes. — a month ago
