Big tannic sediment — 21 days ago
Clear, pale ruby in color. On the nose, it's clean with pronounced intensity primary and secondary aromas of cherry, raspberry, and smoke. On the palate, it's dry with high acidity, low tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of tart cherry, hibiscus, and wet slate with a medium finish. This wine is intense, complex, and with enough fruit to balance the acidity. Overall, I would rate this wine as very good. — 2 months ago
High alcohol, low tannins, excellent fruit and body, needed decanting, better the next day. — 11 days ago
Not as dry as expected, satisfying fruity roses. — 2 months ago
A baby at 17 but, with a little patience, opens to elegant, long finish. Label borrowed from’09 but has the 2008 — 13 days ago

Young, robust, very fruity. Lovely. With very good Piemontese cuisine at "L'Acino" restaurant, Torino. — 2 months ago

Perhaps the best Barbera I’ve tastes. Bright sweet floral on opening. Very nice on opening - amazing day 2. Big, complex, packed with layers of silky smooth flavors. Cheries, cinnamon, cocoa, fig, citrus, leather and soft clove on the finish. — a day ago
