My best bottle so far, with none of the oxidation present in some previous bottles. On the nose: soft lemon, honey, a touch of oatmeal. On the palate: fantastic acidity, lemon and apple, honey with a distinc mineral core, and a soft smoky character. Fantastic showing. — 4 years ago
