Full bodied, not heavy. Tastes of oak, like young Bordeaux. Needs a 60 minute decant. After a week with Coravin, more cherry, no oak. — 7 months ago
Melon de Bourgogne by Jerome Bretaudeau from vineyards on granite soils. Raised in concrete egg for 18 months. Green apple, citrus and minerals on the nose. Quite rich, round, textured, saline. Good length — 2 years ago
Another enjoyable Bethel Heights Chardonnay. Light on the aroma but it makes up for it in the light oak and fruit flavors. — 4 months ago

Very nice. Has medium finish - not soft or big, just nice. — 6 months ago
Last time we had this was nearly 4 years ago - the age has been good to this, but no need to wait much longer in my view. Has that lovely ethereal quality on the palate. Quite restrained but so delicious. Wonderful pairing with roast chicken with mushrooms. Lighter bodied but all there. Really nice burg - one that is just hard to stop drinking. — 9 months ago
3/6/9.25 out of 100 = 93.5
Tight nose - needs a much longer decant to do it justice. Palate was very enjoyable blackberry with light spice. Surprisingly smooth with a good long finish.
