Lemon curd colored; fluff puff of alpine clouds. Bikinis and bows meet Arabic calligraphy lacing. Lemon freshness entwines with orange, tangerine, Brazil nut, and a dusting of pineapple-grapefruit. Soft cirrus citrus layers drift across the palate in pale orange and yellow lemon cremes as light as foam; dried pineapple, powdered lime, lemon-lime pith, metallic-electric grapefruit that shimmers through the crystalline hop finish of this racy and delicious DDHNEIPA. .

Ebony dark with short head that diminishes to cirrus surface swirls. Pumpkin pie with baked crust and actual pumpkin smells to boot. Caramelized gourd sugars. Vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cola weight, but tea textured, with coffee aspirations. Tastes of vanilla-cinnamon cookie, gingerbread, anise, allspice, caraway and pine nettle. Expressive in a chai sort of way with a tingle of sarsaparilla. Actually capturing pumpkin in there was a plus. In Florida these seasonal brews remind us what season it is. Jaune léger, nez puissant fleurs aromatiques, corps modere, belle acidité. Cirrus. — 5 years ago
Probably the strangest wine of the evening. At first, I thought it was flabby and dull (hey, Fíe Gris?). But then my excitement grew, and I started to enjoy this wine. Like a lot! Especially the way tannin and acidity play in the taste, twisting and overflowing each other. In the nose, it's non-mainstream and rather shy. Spoiled apricots, dark bread, ascorbic candy, smokiness, mango, flowers and subtle rot notes. Nice.

Snow White frosting over vodka-cran colored beer with cirrus drifts. Cartoon stubble lacing. Raspberry, blackberry, grape-y with blood orange, dried orange, red grapefruit, hibiscus and citrus crowd. Lovely entry, reminiscent of bandol rose, with a suggestion of pink lemonade, bay, orange pith, lemongrass, and cardamom. Dry and satisfying in all respects. Carrots and cran-mint come to mind.
