First night open: 20 year old vintage— chocolate on the nose with a stone fruit finish. Tasted clean and complex with an almost immediate light evaporation in your mouth leaving you with the feeling of bubbles dissolving. Delicious. — 15 days ago
Pale straw with bright and clean favors and a crisp touch of mineral over lemon, pear, and white peach. — a month ago
Excellent wine! 23 at wine cellar. Would buy again. Cherry fruit flavors, earthy, slight leather/licorice notes. Medium bodies. — 5 months ago
Just phenomenal. And I am a Graach guy at Prum. More never and energy than WS. Nose is so ethereal. Lime zest, first of season green apple skins, slate, apricot, phyllo dough. So expressive. Some sweet rubber as well. Like brand new rubber boots. Palate is so elegant and concentrated but light yet almost middle weight and weightless. Huge fruit soak. Such purity. Perfect for a mid summer Tuesday night. — 2 months ago

Oh yeah this is the stuff. Minerally, herby, leather/tobacco blackberry jam nose. Assertive but not aggressive dark fruits and barrel tannin on the palate. You can't stop sipping it. Would absolutely drink again. — 15 days ago
