#AgedWineTuesday
Very light salmon in color.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.
Very dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing raspberries, limes, citrus, green apples, yeast, brioche, spices and minerals.
Still very young and needs 10 years in the bottle to mature properly. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 25 years.
A blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay.
12% alcohol by volume.
91 points.

I thought this champagne was phenomenal - right up there Cristal, my usual favorite. Rich, sleek, and seductive. Lemon, pear, brioche, and a hint of toffee. Memorable! — 4 months ago
Rich and silky. Has a baby Cristal vibe. Sexy stuff. — a year ago
Fabulous. Paired with lobster. Fresh and refreshing. Right up there with Cristal and Pol Roger Winston Churchill as my favorite champagne. — a year ago
Bob McDonald
We had this a few days ago and I misplaced my notes. Citrus mineral and intensity I recall. Probably committing infanticide drinking this now but there were good reasons to. Firstly our son and wife plus our daughter home for Christmas from New York and secondly my retirement after 53 years at McDonald Group. — 3 days ago
