Most delicious of the lineup. It really clicked for me, makes me understand how low toast oak can jive with a restrained, pristine sauv blanc character that’s the house signature. Enough air coaxes out apple and a hint of ginger, but it’s that equilibrium between fruit, oak, lees and structure that strikes the match — a month ago

Surprisingly good SB apparently with a bit of Chardonnay for its age. Thought might be over the hill but it’s lively and acidic with mineral notes with hints of spice and stood up to and played well with dark sourced pork! — a month ago
Light golden in color.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Showing limes, green apples, grapefruits, bitter herbs, spices, light earth, minerals and black pepper.
Spicy finish with bitter almonds.
This is a delicious Sauvignon Blanc From the Loire Valley in France. Rich and elegant. Much more buttery than I expected it to be.
Still young and needs at least 5 years in the bottle to mature properly. I had the 2014 not too long ago, and it was even better.
Good right out of the bottle, and better with airtime. Good by itself or with food.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
92 points.

Love old Vouvray! Put this in your cellar and enjoy it after aging if you can resist drinking it. — a month ago

This shows some nutty aromas and flavors over a still vibrant mineral core, solid acidity, medium-long finish, mature but still quite nice!! — a day ago
