Oh this is glorious I am gaga over 2021 red burgs. All bangers all the time. Deep aromas of early to mid season cherry, spices and lots of. dried rocks like limestone. Big time limestone. This is ultra transparent. Some fresh pink rose petals as well. Wow. What a palate. Nimble and ultra refined but substantial tannins. Wow this is fantastic. Palate is all early to mid season cherry fruit with silky and furry tannins. So juicy. Needs air but it is all there.

Now after air the nose is an intoxicating perfume of roses and early season cherry. Stunning palate with gorgeous sweet fruit and so linear. 9.3 to 9.4. — 7 months ago

Lovely aromas of cherry, minerals (limestone) cherry flower and some hints of red licorice. Very bright nose and very lifted. Palate is juicy and acid driven with terrific energy and wonderful driving minerality. Slight reductive funk on the nose blows off very quickly. A pretty wine and drinking well now. Very tangy and fresh with pretty tannins that are ripe. Like many 17’s this is gorgeously skinny. — 2 years ago

Nose is a combo of lovely sweaty earthiness, a hint of butter and incredible minerality. Some wild mint and also baking spices. Terrific complexity. Palate is so focused and so rich yet racy as racy can be with exhilarating acid and minerality. Bousey is just so good. Quiet guy and goes about his business and never fails to impress. Long finish that gets to every nook and cranny. So juicy and teeming with energy and endless depth. Fruit is so focused and oak treatment is masterful. Almost a 9.5. — 2 months ago

Another gorgeous 21 from Boussey. Awesome nose full of cherries. Exuberant and expressive. Palate is just. oceans of concentrated sweet mid season cherry fruit that is so succulent and delicious.
