Elegant Pinot Noir still lively 13 years after vintage. Restrained fruit and cherry nose. Excellent Burgundy for under $35. — 6 months ago
Bello. Muy elegante. Esperaba mas Syrah (spicy) pero esta súper balanceado con la Garnacha predominando. En su peak. — 6 months ago
Last bottle of a summer dinner- no decant. 2nd tasting of this vintage & much more expressive than the first. Throws Brett a decent amount & imagine some might prefer a substantial decant, though I like the funkiness. Fine toothed &a lovely grainy, slightly chewy texture & rather elegant; cassis, black currant, smoked beef jerky, & black cherry on palate & nose. Not complex at this stage but who needs it given the enjoyment factor. Post meal ( or probably blended into the end) of grilled BBQ chicken, French lentilsw labneh, & local tomato salad. There goes summer… — 7 months ago
Great stuff. Mixes mineral pedigree of iron and blood with a lifted, red, fresh profile. Both contemplative and drinkable — 6 months ago
Dark red fruit, oxidative notes, stewed fruit, plum, pencil lead, cola, molasses, and ripe black fruit. Medium plus body, high tannins, high alcohol, high acid, and long finish. Drink now with all the tertiary stuff going on, which surprises me given the vintage is only 5 years old. — 8 months ago

This 2023 is an affordable “ Brother” of the northern Rhône. All about light bodied freshness and nuance, hints at it s big brothers in Crozes Hermitage. Will be a delightful picnic wine as the warmer weather arrives. Under $20 a bottle. — 2 days ago
