Superb dress, brown gold, thin nose reduced nuts, apricot kernels, ginger, straw, vetiver, honeysuckle, of a beautiful finesse with vivacity. The energy of a sweet young wine in the force of age. Balances between polite but still lively young notes, and already an evolution that is being felt. Superb as much to start with as for dessert or on a marbled cheese.

L’énergie d’un jeune liquoreux dans la force de l’âge. Equilbre entre notes de jeunes polies mais encore vives, et déjà une évolution qui se fait sentir. Dark (black) colour with garnet shines, great depth. First nose is quite discreet, then still bright fruity notes, cocoa, balsamic, tar, petroleum, tobacco, leather. Advanced notes, undergrowth, humus. The first sip definitely lines your mouth with wide and round tannins, where fruit and wood are harmoniously melted, on a superb finish of persistence. What an adventure! Requis at least two or three hours of aeration to deliver.

Robe sombre (noire) au teintes grenat/tuilé d’une grande profondeur. Premier nez discret, puis des notes fruitées encore vives, cacao, balsamique, goudron, pétrole, tabac, cuir. Notes évoluées, sous-bois, humus. La première gorgée vous tapisse définitivement la bouche de tanins amples et ronds, où fruit et bois sont harmonieusement fondues, sur une finale superbe de rémanence. Quelle aventure! The nose is really superb, between bright notes of fruit (citrus fruits, apricot stones), barrel notes. Lively mouth, beautiful minerality, gunstone, notes of onion, poultry. Balanced, well-built body. Superb finish also, bringing together the tasting bouquet. Nice pleasure!

Dark purple color, dense, bright. Nose: black fruits (blackcurrant, blueberries, dark plums) and red fruits with Merlot in front, bright herbal notes of uninterventionist wines. Discreet and well-integrated breeding notes (vanilla, smoke). Silky mouth, well melted tannins between volume and flexibility. A fairly exciting Bordeaux wine, in modernity, respect for fruit and naturalness, which gives direction for the future of the region?

Robe pourpre sombre, et dense, éclatante, des vins dans leur jeunesse. Nez fruits noirs (cassis, myrtilles, prunes sombres) et fruits rouges avec le Merlot en avant, notes végétales vives des vins peu interventionnistes. Notes d’élevage discrètes et bien intégrées (vanille, fumée). Bouche soyeuse, tanins bien fondues entre volume et souplesse. Catalan wine, on the Spanish side, dominated by the Grenache. The dress is bright dark purple. The nose is fresh and juicy with fresh fruit (black and red) bursting, and candied at the same time, extending towards bright roasted notes on the side of licorice, and violet, all carried by greedy acidity. A refined thirsty wine with a medium body less.

Vin catalan, côté espagnol, dominé par la Grenache en avant. La robe est violette sombre éclatante. Le nez est frais et juteux avec du fruit frais (noir et rouge) éclatant, et confituré en même temps, se prolongeant vers des notes torréfiées vives du côté de la réglisse, et de la violette, le tout porté par une acidité gourmande. On the pallet, it is heavy; starts off with a burst of freshness, followed by citrus acidity, and a sweet vanilla-like medium finish. Bold and intriguing with sweet intentions.
