Soft nose of green apples, light yeast and minerals.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with nice complexity and a touch of RS.

Showing apples, light citrus, lemons, yeast, brioche, spices, minerals, herbs, sea salt and light earth.

Long finish with limes and light marzipan.

What a great surprise! This is a delicious sparkling wine from Russian River Valley.

Elegant, rich and fruit forward. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.

Showing nice complexity already, and would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.

A great sipping wine and better when not too cold.

A blend of 67% Pinot Noir and 33% Chardonnay. Aged for 3 years on the lees.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

One of the best Sorella I have had. Tannins and acid unwinding with primary black and red fruit still showing side by side with dried versions. Fig tar cedar vanilla leather menthol and violet all swirling around. Won't get better than it is now and it's gorgeous. — 4 days ago
