Nose is so mineral. Lemony and buttery. But it’s overwhelmingly mineral and scene in the forest. Palate is racy and ripe but has terrific acidity, freshness and cut. Long finish. Juicy and so pure. Really awesome stuff. Wow as this opens the e berg is palpable and the complexity is off the charts. So good. Nice richness on the palate now with a few hours of air. — 2 years ago
Palate is so juicy and like icing on a cake. Gorgeous purity and depth and so clean. Wow. Nose of mineral and beeswax, butter and some grilled nuts. Wonderful rich texture and just the right amount of chewy. Dense and packed but so sleek and refined. The purity is stunning. Aromas of wet earth now and sweet oak.
