Singerriedel Smaragd Riesling 2009

This is the first riesling i have drunk that comes close to the flavour intensity of a Keller. Vibrant palate with more fruit and acidity than the Hubacker. Pleasure to drink — 5 months ago

Hölle Spätlese Dry Riesling 1999

Suprisingly energetic and lengthy, even though it was obviously aged. Poured out with a bright, medium gold shade. On the nose, it had notes of honey, lemon custard, peach, green apple, smoke, ginger, and hints of chamomile and petrol. The palate was textured and voluminous, with a surprising amount of acidity. The finish was herbaceous and honeyed, with some stoney elements. A very decent experience. — 3 months ago

Smaragd Honivogl Grüner Veltliner

Pretty amazing. Honey on the nose, low acid, some notes of muted tropical fruit on the palate, savory notes on the back end, pretty round full bodied finish. Such a lovely wine!! — 2 months ago

Hochheim Hölle GG Riesling 2021

Lemon blossom, nectar, explosion of flowers, stony stony fruit chiseled in rock. Ripping acid. But generous. — 6 months ago

Steinporz Smaragd Weissburgunder 2019

This is NOT the Steinporz. Wow, what a nose. Deep orchard fruit, tons of stone flecked gravel, straw, wildflowers. Deep palate impression, lots of depth, quite ripe but with intense mineral freshness. One of the best Pinot Blancs I’ve ever had. — 6 months ago
