Leather and charcoal in the nose; silky smooth in taste. Plums, cherries, lychee and its characteristic pepper tingle — 9 months ago
The aromatics on this are powerful and complex. Florals, dark berries and savory components. This is generous and rewarding in youth. A beautiful example of savory/briny character accented by rich red fruit. Structured and textured. This shows great complexity, but also inviting freshness. Absolutely great. Loved this as an autumn red - darker than their others, but still so juicy. — 8 years ago

Open for business. Should hold for another 5 years or so. Like many 2011’s not a long term ager. — 7 months ago

Light but full at the same time, love it! Could drink this nonstop.... — 8 years ago
This was a good Cote-Rôtie for its price point. Meaty and smoky, with a nice nose. Decanted maybe 20 minutes before serving. Served with a reverse-seared whole picanha, accompanied with roasted tomatoes and seasoned Greek yogurt, tomato cucumber and red onion salad, and wild rice medley. Good for a night at home with guests. — 6 months ago

Alexandre Pagliano
Medium dark rubi robe, nose of crushed flowers and asian spices. Very elegant and round in the mouth, spicy, top soil, dark cherries. Good length and oh so good. This punches well above its weight. — 2 days ago
