The 2022 Ribolla Gialla wafts from the glass with a vivid blend of crushed green apple, candied lime and mint aromas. This is round and soothing, offset by mineral-tinged orchard fruits. Ginger notes resonate toward the medium-bodied close. This finishes wickedly fresh. $25.00 (Eric Guido, Vinous, May 2024) — 3 days ago
Really enjoyed, light without the acidic sourness I don’t love, sweet but not cloyingly so — 2 months ago
Much more mineral driven than your typical sauv blanc, very easy to drink though, with a more golden color, with hints of green to the edges. Medium bodied, bigger than your typical, dry, with prominent cantaloupe and honeydew melon flavors, maybe even a little underripe peach, with a long mineral driven finish with hints of grassy hay and even some ripe lime. Kept it open for a week and it didn’t lose any flavor. — 3 months ago
Nearly 25 yr old white. Highly oxidative on open but mellowed out and perfectly accompanied halibut with beurre blanc dish at Chez Panisse — 23 days ago

Oxidized, nutty as usual - with a beautiful floral undertone. Acid to hold it up. Love these wines — 9 days ago
