2012 vintage. Heavy/full body. Aggressively-oaked nose (still...after a decade+). Dark as motor oil. Plenty of ripe fruits with the entire endeavor in (somewhat) check. Some tannins bringing up the rear after the call was placed. Not amongst my usual jams but well made. Punch/takeoff for another two decades should it come to that. 4.21.24. — 7 months ago
2014 still looks very young, deep ruby, full body, ripe fruit, black, fruity, med tannin but smooth, long finish , very well balanced — 10 months ago

Ah Gruner.
Nice clear pale yellow.
Melon, mineral, tropical fruits, pineapple, and a bit of petrol.
Slight slight effervescent quality. Great, solid expression of gruner. Chalky, loamy, pineapple, and limestone. — 8 months ago
Fantastic. A non-perfume SB. — 2 months ago
Fruit forward, but with nice butter and oak notes. Good with BBQ, but the oakiness can be overpowered by the food. — 6 months ago

After finding Australian cabs so and so, I am pivoting back to Shiraz. That’s where AUS shines, and this wine is a great example. Deep and intense flavors, structure and a long finish. Delicious. — a year ago

Well made and structured cab. Blackberry, licorice, espresso, brandied black cherry. Give it another 10-15yr. — 17 days ago
