Deep purple in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced intensity primary and secondary aromas of blackberries, dried herbs, and vanilla; on the palate, it's dry, with high acidity, high tannins, medium alcohol, full body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of plum, baking spices, a hint of black pepper, and crushed gravel with a long finish. This wine is intense and balanced, but it's difficult to differentiate the flavors. Overall, I rate this wine as very good. — a month ago

Ruby colored. Fruity but spicy. Some undertones of wood. Just an excellent wine to with Alla Vita. — a month ago
One of the wines that has made Allegrini famous, vineyard surrounds Villa della Torre. A blend of about 40% Corvina Veronese, 30% Corvinone, 25% Rondinella & 5% Sangiovese, deep Ruby color with aromas of dried berry fruit and pepper spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry with vanilla, figs and licorice notes, good balance, lively acid with fine chewy tannins. Medium finish ending with fruit, mineral and earthy spice. Nice value. — a month ago

Not as good as the '21. This year offers 40% Merlot, 32% Cab Franc, 23% Cab Sauv and 5% Petite Verdot. IGT. Olive tamponade, a bit dusty and cedar opener. Full mouthfeel and very drinkable now, but this might benefit from a time out for a while. — 6 days ago
