Liberty Ciderworks, Spokane WA. 55 Chain English Style Cider. Label claims it to be “dry, tannic and fruit-forward” with Dabinett, Chisel Jersey, and Brown’s cider-specific varietals. Golden brown, excellent clarity, light carbonation, not much head on initial pour. Some oak barreling. Lightly malic with restrained aromatics. Tannic level highly complementary with a light touch on the wood extraction, thankfully. Exceedingly well crafted, great stuff. — 2 years ago

This is actually Eye Cyder (@eyecyder) Little apprehensive with the redwood tips. But absolutely beautiful. The redwood here just gives it a touch of floral birch which is great with the barreled gravenstien apple cider. — 3 years ago

Purple red, excellent clarity, but a still cider, no bubbles. Light aroma of blueberries, flavor a blend of blueberry with neutral apple, with stronger apple character on the finish. Good acidity, semisweet with great length on the blueberry flavor. Slight seedy character from the berries on the finish with some uniform viscosity in the body. Decent stuff if not terribly appley — 3 years ago
