Really great wine and I can drink Barge all day. Such a great producer really coming into his own now. Awesome nose of violets, bacon, olives, meat, game, and just unreal florals and granite. Wide open nose. So many herbs. Just amazing. Palate is energetic and has great acidity with lush berry fruit, engaging granitic minerality and velvety tannins. Needs some air but that long finish tells me it will stick the landing. — 4 months ago

Terrific nose of smokey florals. Very pungent. Meaty and gamey. Wonderful. Red and blackberry fruits. Palate is super juicy and sleek with terrific, explosive tiny berry black fruit.
