Typical Pomerol nose of violets and blueberries and raspberries.
In the mouth nice structure, not overly extracted. Nice and elegant.

Gravelly and sandy nose. Very terroir driven. Nice one. 93+ — 8 days ago
Latour is definitely one of my top three Bordeaux’s.
Even their 3rd wine is special. First 2010 from the vintage I’ve opened. It didn’t disappoint. Just coming around to nice drinking and has another 10-15 years ahead. 3 hour decant.
Ribeye wine. Happy cow from Los Gatos Meats.

Perfect pairing with a Mediterranean salad and mushroom gnocchi. — 13 days ago
Bordeaux style blend of Merlot (64%), Cabernet Sauvignon (17%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Petite Verdot (9%). Dark ruby/purple color with a garnet rim. Aromas of dark berry fruit, graphite and dusty earth. Flavors of blackberry, black cherry, ripe plums, kirsch, black licorice and iron. Full bodied, long finish and intensely structured. Beautifully integrated acidity and tannins. Great combination of power and elegance. — 22 days ago

100 point disappointment...tastes like Bordeaux...clearly very well made but with the new oak was toned down a lot! — 19 hours ago
