Nose: tomato vine.
Palate: vegetal and cherries.
Needs an hour decant. The it’s quite elegant. So fresh. Aromatic. More burgundy than bojo pink roses in the nose. — a year ago
a more dense, baked fruity expression with a Nice peppy finish! Paired well with turkey orecchiette. — 7 years ago

I love good Beaujolais! This is absolutely spectacular! I also love wine from many regions in France, especially Saint Emillion, de Bourg and especially Bordeaux and others. But this is unbelievable! — 3 years ago
This type of cru Beaujolais is what I love about this region, and the excellent QPR. On the nose, beautiful aromatics of rose petals and boysenberries, in the mouth cracked black pepper, rose hips, berries. High acid. Long finish. Light and yet mouth filling. Quite excellent. — 6 years ago
Strong strawberry, mild cherry. Definitely bright, fruit-forward, but subtle earthiness too. — 7 years ago
Light bit intense, juicy — 9 years ago
2014.. Gamay noir. Wild strawberries with notes of tobacco and coffee. — 11 years ago
Full carbonic style, this is a great value in a gulpable, balanced, bright, and fairly deep Bojo. So much pure cherry and berry fruit on the nose, underlain by some clean granitic stoney minerality. Still very youthful feeling in the mouth, with all the elements there but a little nervous and not quite relaxed. Give it 6 more months to unwind, but certainly very nice with food right now. — 9 months ago
A perfect Chiroubles which honors the appellation. Light, airy, sensual, feminine Beaujolais. Red fruits fragrances deciliously intoxicating but without prominence. Multiple vegetal / floral nuances. The finish is discreetly persistent with very delicate tannins.
— 6 years ago
Feels more developed than the others. Not as pretty as the Fleurie. — 6 years ago

Wow. This could still drink better in another year. Huge berry nose with good acidity and balanced fruit. — 9 years ago

Refreshing Cru Beaujolais! Bright garnet color with some ruby highlights. Aromas of red fruit, moss, orange zest, graphite and wet stones. Flavors of red raspberry/currant/cherry/cranberry fruit, subtle baking spices and a lovely mineral backbone. Long and lingering chalky finish. Light bodied with zesty acidity and subtle powdery tannins. Earthy, well layered and refined. Great summertime red. — a day ago
