Mount V just makes lovely Cab Savs! Still had tannin structure for 3-5 additional years of cellaring. — 12 days ago
Purchased from Marion Hotel and Cellars near Adelaide, we enjoyed this in American River on Kangaroo Island. This full-bodied Shiraz evolved beautifully over the evening, revealing layers of dark berries, pepper, tobacco, Australian bark and earth, and a hint of anise, with a spicy finish. Balanced and complex, it earned full bonus points for how much we enjoyed it. A great wine, albeit with a screw cap. — 11 days ago
Juicy dark fruit, complimented by black pepper, rich. — 11 days ago
Deep cherry red. Black currant. Vanilla. Gentle aroma. Silky tannin. Superb balance among sweetness, spiciness and acidity. Full of elegance. Mount Eden Cabernet Sauvignon Estate 17 @13750, Yang, 241222 — 21 days ago
Presented double-blind. The wine appears a straw color; medium viscosity with no signs of sediment. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of orchard fruit: apples, lemon curd, nuts and lees. Lavishly oaked. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and lovely. I called Chardonnay from the United States, California, Napa Valley 2019. So close! Drink now through 2029. — 15 days ago

Elegant and already drinking well with ripe and velvet tannins, plenty of cassis, black cherry, and plum augmented by forest floor, earth, cedar and tobacco leaf. Medium body, medium plus acidity and a long finish. Very impressive. — 11 days ago
