Dry and balanced, lots of dark fruit. — 3 months ago
Really good!
1hr+ decant. Drinking at its apex. Dark red color with purple rims. Super complex nose with too many things to list. Palate is equally complex with Napa sweetness, big tannins, and it just sticks to your mouth/tongue. Medium plus depth and finish. — 4 months ago
A solid producer year after year! Very juicy and light. Some whole cluster. Very likable and unoffensive. Touch bitter. Orange zest, more red fruit than dark. Cherry/Hint blackberry. Touch oregano. Lime. Crushed marble. Covers the back palate nicely. Lots going on here. I consider this a drink now wine 36 bucks and 13.5%. There are just a handful of Pinots which win me over at this price point. And this one is in the Burgh killer zone. If you like Pinot this is a winner @ San Diego Wine Co. — 2 days ago
I really enjoyed the complexity of this wine. Maybe it’s because they use 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and bottle unfiltered. Flavor profile includes blackberries, raspberry, and an earthy finish.
if you have a chance to enjoy a bottle, don’t hesitate.

Intense red fruited aromas and flavors, a little less tannic and structured than the 2007, but this shows bracing acidity at the present time, long, lingering finish, which the incredible acid backbone lifts and lengthens, another wine to ideally drink from 25-30 years after the vintage! — a day ago
