2020 vintage at The Boat Club — a year ago
Red Sox are finishing up a disappointing season, but this wine is definitely not disappointing. Nose is deeply fruity, with intense and pure red fruit and the barest whiff of gravel. In the mouth it’s fruity, pure, deep, dry, and balanced. If Le Marche made Beaujolais, this would be its Morgon. Fantastic value in a weekday dinner wine. — 2 years ago
We had this wine with Seb & Amanda at Valle Cerreto at a private-home-dinner — a month ago

2022 vintage: Blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese; deep purple with aromas of blackberry, blueberry, red cherry, ripe strawberry forest floor, slight herbal aroma. Palate of sour cherry, bramble fruits, a mossy component, tannin is medium and of soft character, medium acidity; length is med plus; alcohol just high 14 percent but not overpowering; good balance; very food friendly. Eaten with a burger; sub 20$ great value — a month ago
