The fruits for 2021 Marcella’s were all from the winery home estate vineyard. Peach, pear, apple, lemon zest, and subtle fresh herbs. The palate is lively and nicely texture. Salty minerals on the finish.

This 6 year old is drinking beautifully now. Rich yet elegant. Extracted and easy drinking. Well balanced and really delicious.
A beautiful surprise. I had the 2016 a few years ago, and this is drinking much better now. I did not expect it from the 2017 vintage.

The 2023 Chardonnay soars from the glass with striking aromatics. Hints of apricot, lemon peel, white flowers and crushed rocks follow. Effortless and gracious, this blend of sites yields a Chardonnay of notable complexity, while a touch of Hungarian oak adds an attractive spicy character. $22.00 (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, August 2024) — a month ago
