We had this a few days ago and I misplaced my notes. Citrus mineral and intensity I recall. Probably committing infanticide drinking this now but there were good reasons to. Firstly our son and wife plus our daughter home for Christmas from New York and secondly my retirement after 53 years at McDonald Group. — 2 days ago
Mid yellow/pale gold in colour. Yellow fruits, tropical - notes of pineapple. On the palate, same notes - medium plus intensity. Oak, which was obvious 8 years ago is now totally integrated. Finishes dry. An overused descriptor but this is delicious. Good white Bordeaux is a delight. 70% Sauvignon Blanc; 30% Semillon. — 23 days ago
Pale lemon in color.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and tiny bubbles.
Dry on the palate and elegant.
Showing limes, grapefruits, yeast, spices, brioche, minerals, light earth, sea salt and herbs.
Tangy long finish with limes and light almonds.
This is a delicious Non Vintage Champagne. Showing a great mouthfeel with nice complexity.

October 2020 disgorgment is always so perfect, a particular favorite, with immense depth of red berry fruit and chalky minerality, a chiseled palate with singular texture and a finish that keeps on going. VO base with a touch of still Pinot from Francis Egly. Nothin’ like it 👑 — a day ago
