Medium golden color. Aromas of unripe peach, lemon zest and jasmine. The palate is full of lemon/lime/orange citrus flavors and ginger with additional notes of green apples, melon and pears. Strange wine. Very little fruit here, but a crazy amount of botanical herbs that reminds me of Chartreuse, jasmine, chamomile, slate, leafy greens, and maybe some spearmint. Not delicious but fascinating none the less. This will get someone out of their comfort zone real quick! — 4 years ago
