Lovely with nice age. Disgorged 2019 — 13 days ago
Nice, light body & mousse. Pear, red & green apple, pineapple, white peach, cream soda, vanillin, caramel & honey notes, light white spice, some nice yeastiness, bread dough, light & soft chalkiness/limestone, sea spray, white spring flowers w/ yellow lilies, soft, round acidity and a well balanced, rounded, elegant finish.
Disgorged 11/22. 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. — a month ago
Champagne served in cloisters before dinner, Gaudy at Magdalen College, England — 5 days ago
Very dark rubi robe. Nose of blackcurrant, asian spices, flowers and dark fruits. Rich mouth of a full bodied but accessible and quite elegant Pauillac on a very hot vintage we dont like. Good stuff. — 4 days ago
Lovely peach color with aromas of citrus, pear, brioche, and bruised apple. Smooth and nice body. Fine bubbles! — 25 days ago
Luminous, golden hue. The nose shows freshness and fruit with notes of lemon meringue pie followed by yellow fruit such as Mirabelle plums. Then, as the Champagne warms up, aromas of plums with slightly honeyed and toasted notes start to come through. The Champagne confirms its richness and volume. The Pinot Noir endows it with structure and depth. Hawthorn and white flower aromas fuse naturally together in a fine acidity sustained by citrus fruit. — 25 days ago

Traditional Champagne blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. Straw gold color. Aromas of green pear, white flowers and crustacean shells. Flavors of green apple, pear and apricot. Hint of citrus and pie dough on the long finish. Creamy mousse and bright effervescence. Tangy and crisp. — 4 days ago
