Reddish salmon pink. Cherry but not so sweet, dry. Rich instead. With spices. Rich is a key different from Louis Roederer rose @, AD, 240622 — 9 days ago
My favourite rosé, never ceases to please. Strawberry and a mild citrus, an almost creamy floral mid-palate and some peppery herbs on the finish. — 15 hours ago
This is a “fly your freak flag” wine. All the shit that your parents told you not to do, this wine does. Oxidation, VA! Use weird combinations of grapes. Be yourself! — 4 days ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed as an aperitif prior to dinner. The NV Brut Rosé pours a very pretty pink color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of raspberry, strawberry, spring flowers, some brioche, lemon citrus and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. The fruit is round in a good way. Balanced. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and chalky. This is a classy NV Rosé that’s easy for the wine nerd and the crowd to appreciate. Drink now. No disgorgement data. — 8 days ago
