Pale lemon in color.

Sweet nose and medium in body with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.

Off dry on the palate with mild complexity.

Showing lemons, apples, pears, light honey, herbs and minerals.

Short finish with limes and sweet grapefruits.

Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. A nice pool wine too.

100% Glera grapes. Organic and vegan.

11.5% alcohol by volume.

Every time this wine slaps. This time with more age underneath. A little more bruised, equally awesome.
