Dry and fruit forward on the palate with black currants, blackberries, black plums, figs, dried fruits, coffee, chocolates, tobacco, peppercorn, herbs, light vegetables, earth and black tea.

Long finish with round tannins, cherries and spices.

This 9 year old Napa Cabernet Sauvignon is still very young, but already drinking beautifully. Rich, yet elegant. Fruit forward and smooth.

This Single Vineyard Cabernet is showing lots of chocolate and cola notes. Soft, with great complexity.
Feels like a high quality Left Bank Bordeaux.

Delicious stuff, that will continue to age nicely in the next 20+ years.

A great Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 18 months in French oak, about 50% new, deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruits, cigar box, lavender and spicy scents. On the palate flavors of black cherry, plum and currants with cacao, floral and minty notes. Fine dusty tannins, long finish ending with fruit, leather, tobacco, espresso and earthy character on a long finish. Very Nice. Will age. — 5 months ago

The longevity this wine is capable of is shocking. The color hardly looks half its age, with a blooming nose that screams a much younger, softened cab of yesteryear. After half an hour open there’s nose of blueberry and butterscotch, vanilla and spicy peppery notes still persist! Over time a mustiness emerged, along with notes of wet wood, maybe even a little mustard! There’s even still a zippy, lingering acidity on the palate that focuses towards the tip of the tongue, either flavors of ripe strawberry, blueberry, plum and some meaty savory subtle notes, but primarily jammy fruit, with a palate that develops some woody cedar and forest floor notes and as it becomes further oxygenated. This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Elegant and rich. Complex and entertaining. Fruit forward and easy drinking.

This 13 year old Cabernet Sauvignon from the great 2012 vintage, is drinking beautifully now, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.

A good quality wine, with nice complexity and mouthfeel. Well balanced and elegant.

I've enjoyed many different vintages of this wine over the years, from older to younger, and it never fails to deliver.

Good by itself as a sipping wine, and will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak.

A blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Petit Verdot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 1% Merlot. Aged in ( 75% new) French Oak barrels.
