Raw and powerful. Heat on the finish quieted down after a ~30 min decant — 3 months ago
Nice soft mousse body, yellow peach, tropical melons, pineapple, some lemon meringue, lime zest, slightly bitter apple cider, whipped cream, hard chalkiness, alluvial limestone, saline, sea fossils, bread crust, yeastiness, yellow florals, racey acidity, nicely balanced & structured with a finish that lasts 90 seconds.
Needs a few more years in bottle. — a year ago
Light, fruity, and slightly spiced on the nose. Dry, beautiful mouthful, doesn’t linger too long but doesn’t dissipate. Berry. — 2 months ago
Just delicious and deep and hitting its stride.
Complex and balanced with minerality, acid, chalky goodness — 6 months ago
Underrated. Maybe a bit one dimensional but chunky and fleshy, good balance between crushed and cooked fruit. Is what it is but in the end delicious. — 3 months ago
