This is a typically rich and voluptuous example from Tor. It’s flashy on the mid palate displaying roasted pineapples and a hint of lychee. Kinda interesting that sushi restaurants are now using better wine glasses than other foody restaurants. I get they need less and probably break less but it shows they care about every part of the experience. I hate to be “that guy” bitching about a glass but this should have been at least 2 basis points higher. Need to see what I rated it before but it had the makings of a 9.6-9.7 but just didn’t show it.
What do I know… last time I gave it a 9.2 and said it needed more air ;) I think I have one left. It will be with plenty of air and a nice glass. TBD on the results.
