The palate presents apricot liquor, flint, orange liqueur, white pepper, ginger, cinnamon, clove, dried stone fruit, and lemon. Medium bodied, medium alcohol, medium acid, and a long complex finish. Amazing wine. Aroma is honeydew, apple, pear, apple blossom, honeysuckle, orange flower water, and even a hint of minerality in there. Palate has the same notes in the aroma, wine is a bit sweeter than I usually go for but not unbalanced with the acidity. Took down two bottles of it and could do more.
