Made with Chardonnay and Chardonnay Muscaté grapes. Medium lemon color with aromas of stone fruits, citrus, honey and floral scents. On the palate flavors of peach, pear and lemon, well balanced, crisp, lively acidity, medium length ending with chalky mineral character. Very nice! Good value! — a year ago
This is one of those wines your gonna love it or not. Great fruit in middle and finish. This blend has a lot of different grapes. I think it’s a very good wine. — 2 years ago
All of the grapes from the vineyards owned by the Latour family are vinified and aged in the cuverie of Château Corton Grancey in Aloxe-Corton. The winery was the first purpose-built cuverie in France and remains the oldest still-functioning. Medium pale lemon color with aromas of stone fruits with a slight nutty floral character. On the palate flavors of peach and melon with lemon citrus and savory notes. Medium+ finish, lively acidity, ending with fruit, toasty oak and minerality. Nice! — 4 months ago
Elegant Ruby color with red fruit aromas and gentle floral spice, aged for about 12 months in French oak, signature blend of grapes from Dundee Hills, Eola-Amity Hills, and Yamhill-Carlton AVA's. On the palate flavors of cherry and black raspberry with notes of herb, licorice and wet stone notes. Soft dusty tannins on a long finish ending with fruit, spice and earthy notes. Very Nice! Drinking well now! — 9 months ago
€16 on the restaurant wine list. This is from a winery in hills of Costa del Sol, town of Ronda. A blend but not sure of the varietals but some Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, & Tintilla de Rota, which are grapes of the local area. I suspect the grapes may change with the vintage. Enjoyed! We need to visit this wine region of Spain. — 2 years ago
Primarily Grenache (79%) with small amounts of Six other grapes. Aromas and flavors of strawberry, peach, melon, tropical fruits and dusty earth. There is also a hint of brioche and a very creamy texture (lees contact?). Touch of pepper spice on the finish. Bright acidity. Refreshing. — 3 years ago
Just love this wine! Nice blend of grapes from the Bierzo Valley, biodynamic. Deep Ruby with loads of Berry fruits aromas adding some sweet floral spice and flinty notes. On the palate flavors of cherry, raspberry, and strawberry with a juicy mineral edge. Well balanced and integrated with fine chalky tannins, lively acidity and a long finish ending with fruit and spicy notes. Tremendous value for such a complex wine. — 6 months ago
I bought and drank a fair amount of Allegrini Palazzo Della Torre back in the late 1990s, and always enjoyed them. First time in the past 20 years, this seems a little softer and polished, a little lower ABV (13.5 vs. 14+ in earlier vintages), this is vinified using conventional fermentation as well as some ripasso fermentation (think Amarone drying grapes on straw mats), and has some very nice complexity and length, very nice!! — 8 months ago

Sixteen grape Veneto blend including twelve red grapes (Corvina, Corvinone, Rhondinella, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Teroldago, Croatina, Oseleta, Sangiovese and Mazzamino) and four white grapes (Garganega, Trebbiano, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay). Dark ruby color with garnet highlights. Aromas of red and black berry fruit with hints of purple flowers and leather. The palate is more cooked black fruit focused (plum, blackberry, black currant) with touches of baking spices, chocolate and vanilla. Nice smoky and mineral notes on the very long finish. For all that’s going on in this wine, it is quite harmonious, fresh tasting and pleasant. Excellent balance and integration. Dense and rich but not over the top. So good! — a month ago
