This wine from the Canary Islands is bright asks fresh with crisp acidity and plenty of green apple, lemon, wet stone and flint. Took a sideways step on a sunny London day and decided to open this; a previous commentator mentioned that it had 15% Albillo in it and that perhaps accounts for the smoothness it has, immediately complicated by rich kirsch cherries.
