LC17 Fac-Simile is evolving beautifully in bottle with a multidimensional expression of smoky red berry fruit, chalky minerality and sea spray-like salinity with a savory Meunier edge. One of the most distinctive and recognizable Rosé Champagne’s in the biz and growing more elusive by the day. — 22 days ago
Just what you want with a Rose on a nice hot day. Light, clean, crisp with balanced acidity. Highly drinkable. — 5 days ago
Crushed raspberries, unripe strawberry, persimmon. A bit more fruit and less austere than previous two years. Good. — 2 days ago
This is a “fly your freak flag” wine. All the shit that your parents told you not to do, this wine does. Oxidation, VA! Use weird combinations of grapes. Be yourself! — 12 days ago
A treat to share with @Logan Edwards , this wine is still youthful at 35 years. Nice plum and steelish tones under the ripe dark berry. Probably good for another 35 years — 10 days ago
My favourite rosé, never ceases to please. Strawberry and a mild citrus, an almost creamy floral mid-palate and some peppery herbs on the finish. — 8 days ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed as an aperitif prior to dinner. The NV Brut Rosé pours a very pretty pink color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of raspberry, strawberry, spring flowers, some brioche, lemon citrus and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. The fruit is round in a good way. Balanced. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and chalky. This is a classy NV Rosé that’s easy for the wine nerd and the crowd to appreciate. Drink now. No disgorgement data. — 15 days ago
