Nice spice, great Syrah. — a month ago
Lychees and red berries, bright, fresh, some acid with a delicious brininess. A beautiful natural cloudy orange/ rosé vin. — 2 days ago
Rich, showing lemon zest with a perfumed nose of saline, white flower, chalk & wet stone — 2 months ago
Funny how sometimes I’m guilty of thinking “ letting the Brett blow off” to taste the main event. Here the development in the glass is the main event, which includes quite a bit of funk when first opening up. That the evolution includes wild blackberries & cassis, & the funk adds to the overall impression of something feral getting tamed, is all part of the fun. Fine grained & can be drunk young, but curious how it would fare in 8-10 years ( imagine a much more smoothed out development & sweetness). — 3 months ago
Crisp and full bodied for a Chablis - rich pear, apple and citrus fruit wrapped in a round overall mouthfeel. Lovely wine to have as a starter. — 20 days ago
Back dating our reviews as we’ve been to this (excellent) restaurant twice in the past three days!
Superb seafood and this Chablis was the perfect accompaniment.
👏 to Michael the resident Sommelier for the selection.

Conrad Green

Gorgeous and lush. Lime and pear and light floral notes. Wet stone… hints of peach and salt. Complex, bright, light and oily in texture. Great. — 19 days ago
