Amazing night with Louis Michel tasting his release of the 18 vintage — 10 months ago
Probably from last Chambers sampler. 11/8/25 Cold Night. Very dark pour, potent scent out of bottle. Black fruits on nose. Moderate tannins. Solid sediments on second day. — a month ago
A delicate sparkling wine from the heart of burgundy, specifically Nuits-Saint-Georges, made out of Chardonnay. Plenty notes of citrus and subtle touch of florals, mild notes and brioche taste with a mild-to-long yet clean and elegant taste. Drinkable either alone or use it for a high-end Mimosa as it is dry and low in sugar taste can integrate the orange juice beautifully. — a year ago

Opened this a few years too early. Dark and brooding. Olives, violet, blackberry. Wild and savory. Would love to try this again in a few years! — 2 months ago
Wish I had the patience to cellar this but it’s brilliant already. So unique, incredible almost grainy texture and mouthfeels. Sappy and vibrant on the one hand but deep and savoury. Lovely stuff. — a year ago
