Centennial Carmel Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

I tried this vintage 4 years ago. It is still tart and dry with lively fruit and high acid. The nose exhibits cranberry, almond, American oak (coconut), and cinnamon. The palate reveals cranberry, oak, cedar, aniseed, leather, tart strawberry, and tart cherry. Medium plus tannins, medium plus alcohol, and excellent zippy (high) acid. — 3 years ago

Flora Springs

Flora's Centennial Cabernet Sauvignon 2006

We've been sitting on this bottle for 7-8 years and it didn't disappoint. We first had this in 2011 and remained a favorite of ours to this day. This one is just as good as that first one. Classic left bank all day. Earthy, graphite, cedar and leather. Cassis, blackberry and absolutely perfect acidity. At 13+ years, it is showing some bottle age but it is holding up well. I wish I had more of this because it is fantastic. — 5 years ago

I’ve had a lot of Flora Springs wines but have never seen this. Very cool. Maybe I can ask for some at the Trilogy Release party next weekend!

@Shay A This is a tough find. We've been hunting for more bottles of this for at least five years with no luck. We even pushed our contacts at the winery and got nowhere. I hope you're able to try this one day, so much fun.
