Nice, fresh, vibrant herby nose with fresh grass, nettle, a bit of fresh green guava. But also some yellow stone fruit in the background. Nice energy here.
A bit creamy on the palate, vibrant juicy acidity, with a nice green grapefruit / pomelo touch in the finish. nice balance & length.
A juicy one and quite lovely sipping while having lunch on the quay in Pauillac.

Tryna stay sober through the evening. Fig, bacon fat, leather, plenty of eucalyptus and mint, a bit of oregano and cherry/pomegranate on the long finish. Wow! — 5 months ago
Very golden in the glass, nose of white peach and lemon rind, body full but mimics an old Chardonnay with creme brulet notes but lacking acid with medium finish. This wine is aging more like a oaked California Chardonnay either a full malolactic fermentation. — 2 months ago
Pretty classic Bordeaux, leathery and grippy tannins but opening up to nice fruit. Subtle cassis notes. — 5 months ago
Great, 2022. Medium bodied. — 3 months ago
Black fruit and plummy Bordeaux. From the left bank but drinks like right. Incredibly soft tannins, drinking quite well now. — 4 months ago
The 2023 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc Les Safres checks in at 14.98% alcohol. A short élevage of four months in stainless steel neatly preserved the vivid freshness. Combining fragrant honeysuckle, yellow apple, lime flesh and white peach aromas, the medium- to full-bodied 2023 closes with persistence on the sapid finale. Production totaled only 2,593 bottles. 2007 vintage. Decanted and tasted after 30 mins. Small amount of sed. Light-medium body. A chunky green streak riding high palate throughout. 10.11.24. — 2 months ago
