Nose : faded dried lilacs. A beautiful old woman selling books in the market. Profound poetry written on faded ink and read from withered pages. A tinge of earth.

Palate: so silky. Fleeting but in a persistent way. Nothing obvious or dramatic. Balance. An experience more than an event.

For me, a lover who jilted me. But still a love I remember fondly.

Burgundy. This could only be burgundy.

Really unified and consistent with a medium body currently. 10 bottles left but stock option of 3 cases of the selfsame 2017 available. Will be exercising that option.
