This is a bit more dense and complex on the nose , denser fruits perhaps with some cedar , herbal hints along side the slightly bitter cherries . This fills out more on the palate , is longer and more intense , touch of herbal bitter cherries and pine sap. Really long and fresh . Needs time but has all the qualities to age well over the next 10 years . At Vinous Icons NY , Pier 60 , Feb 2025. — 3 months ago
From Tuscany’s Val d’Arno di Sopra, in the hills east of the Chianti Classico region. This is very friendly and pure tasting. Nose has gorgeously pure, ripe Sangiovese scents of dark cherry, along with some gentle spice and minerally gravel scents. Focused and concentrated fruit in the mouth, forceful but soft and balanced. Not a great deal of complexity, but lots of flavor and purity. — a year ago

Delicious and sweet. Consumed with some good pizza and salad — 4 months ago
2024/7/20-21. Aromatically this starts out pretty brown - lots of toasted spice and earth. With air it does show flashes of the deep, smoky cherry one might expect, and it’s still very enjoyable, but I can’t help wonder if this bottle (which I bought on sale) might have been a little worse for wear. I usually love Graci’s wines, and something felt a bit off… — a year ago
We had the 2007 on 9/14-15/25. A terrific aged Brunello. This had all the expected scents and tastes of a great Brunello. Black cherry, raspberry, leather, lavender and rose petals. Medium bodied and Old World. Tannins all smoothed out. — 2 months ago
Light ruby Sangiovese that is vibrant, fresh and has plenty of aromatic complexity with a nice acidity In the mouth, the wine has sweetness contrasted with salinity which pairs excellently well with all manner of foods. 14,5% Abv but it’s well integrated. — 8 months ago
