Had the Lirac, which isn't currently in the dbase. Solid Wegmans buy. — 2 years ago
A crunchy Crozes, built on the purity of the fruit. The Syrah expresses itself on notes basket of juicy red and black fruit, pepper, smoked, beautiful floral notes. In the mouth it is fresh and flexible, the mineral frame structures the tasting. Great drinkability!

Clear, deep berry red. Shy but inviting nose and medium palate of Montmorency cherry, soft leather, and stony pomegranate. In true Tavel form its decidedly *not* fruit forward. Rather it's a nicely complex deep rosé that's at home anywhere you'd take a lighter red. Steak-topped salads and Thanksgiving dinner are immediate come-to-minds. Drink now through 2030. — 2 years ago
2023 vintage. Somehow Cassis (one of the earliest AOCs in France) has resisted the lure of urbanisation, and wine lovers should be grateful for that. The production area is limited to the commune of Cassis, and 12 producers cultivate a total of 210 hectares, mostly white, but there is some rosé and red too. A blend of Marsanne, Clairette and Ugni Blanc. A round mouthfeel, combined with a saline minerality and a subtle almond bitterness in the finale. Abv. 13%. — 2 months ago

GSM blend that is primarily Grenache. Dark ruby color. Intense aromas of ripe red and black fruit and fresh sage and thyme. Flavors of cooked red and black cherries and raspberries, cranberry, pepper spice, Herbs de Provence and baking spices. Touch of salinity on the medium-plus finish. You can taste the sunshine of the Languedoc. Well rounded, soft tannins and well balanced. Thank you for sharing this bottle, Kevin Z. — a month ago
