Color of grayish purple, quite clear with a bit orange note. Nose is balanced fragrance with dried strawberry, spice, tobacco leaves, cured meat, and more sweet berries. Taste is light, and follows the nose, right amount of acidity and tannins, zest, just a bit sweetness shows her subtlety, more cured meaty note dancing with the berry note. Aftertaste shows backbone of tannins, medium long with savory spice, acidity and sweetness. Pretty good. — 5 years ago
A gentle full bodied red with no bitterness and not even very dry imo- pretty neutral. Very much a good table wine with blackberry and cherry overtones and a slight chocolate/ spice finish. Goes very well with dark chocolate — a month ago
Berry taste but not tart. Very light acidity with an exceptional finish. Delicious wine! — 4 years ago
Old but good. A touch of brown creeping in, but taste has not turned. — a year ago
Delicious. Great pick for my first rating. High tannins. Great, but subtle flavor. I find myself tasting over and over but find nothing I dislike about this puppy. 9.4 and it’s not just because Duke is winning. — 2 years ago
Light amber with a bouquet of stone fruits with citrus notes and yeasty tones. Plenty of bubbles dancing in the flute. Crisp and fresh, mineral, white flesh fruit, citrus well balanced with acidity. Lingering finish with zesty ending. Nice Grand Cru. Tasting Sample. — 4 years ago

From magnum. Tasted perfect with so much fruit and balanced with some wood, spice, and good tannin. Felt like it was perfect and didn’t really change a ton over a few hours of air. Great celebration wine. — a month ago
