On the tail end of its prime window, but still hitting. Like a mealy yellow apple, not quite browned. Has cider notes but plenty of acid in the mouth for vibrancy. Laser lemon cleaner with toasted oak becomes candied kumquat and sweet clementine.
Theres a lot of beautiful weight and texture and raw power that comes out to play as you let it warm. — a month ago
Delicious #chablispremiercru - likely built for the long haul but drinks splendidly young as well. Taut tartness up front on the palate, lemon layered on top of wet stone. Yum! — a month ago
Pale lemon with stone and citrus fruit aromas. On the palate crisp apple with lemons honey and flinty notes. This medium-body wine was smooth with a wet stone character with overall good balance. The wine finishes with pronounced mineral notes on a medium+ ending. Very Nice! — 22 days ago
Incredible wine - found this in our collection and was so pleased that it was still incredible after almost 15 years not kept in the perfect condition — 10 days ago

Bold Chablis, full of flavor and young energy. Racy acidity, green apple, almond. Delicious but not delicate, so I recommend it with food. With Mapo potatoes and sook mei faan. But tbh we switched to a lighter drier Prosecco which went better with the spiciness — 9 days ago
