La Combe Verte Chardonnay 2023

Considered white Burgundy or Etna Bianco.
Called Canary Islands. Salty and reductive.
Lots of acid. Should’ve considered Willamette as this reminds me of Morgen Long wines. Good vintage for most of the west coast.

Plan de Dieu Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Vieilles Vignes Red Rhone Blend 2022

On the nose, this is subtle cranberry... On the palate, it's cranberry, cherry, red plum... Dense tannin here but no sharp edges... A tinge on graphite here too, but in the distance... The whole package seems soft... Not so complex overall. Medium-long length on the finish. Nice. — a month ago

La Combe Aux Moines Gevrey-Chambertin Pinot Noir 2014

Decanted separately two bottles for Christmas lunch
Took time to open and second showed benefit of longer time to open with notes of wood with earth, cassis, black cherry and a hint of earthy floor. Showed excellent performance and flavours that also possessed benefit of cellaring and results in tremendous length and finish.
Top notch and likely will develop further
